April 27 ------ Over a week after their "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale" concert, SB19 returned to the "All-Out Sundays" to perform their song "Visa." Following the performance, Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin talked about their sold-out show and the meaning of the song.
Pablo said they originally only wanted to release three EPs, "Pagsibol," "Pagtatag," and "Simula at Wakas." The three had punctuation marks as their symbols: question mark, exclamation point, and period.
"Pero ayaw po namin tapusin sa tuldok 'yung journey po namin kasama 'yung A'TIN. So gumawa po kami ng bagong album, at 'yung pamagat nun 'Wakas at Simula' kasi every time may natatapos, laging may simula," he said. "Since palaki nang palaki din 'yung ideas namin, in-extend namin 'yung trilogy namin. 'Yung ganung concept po, nanghihingi din siya ng malaking preparation, malaking ideas," Justin added, and said at the concert, they matched the concept and made it epic at a larger venue. With the story of "Visa," Josh said that more doors will open internationally through tours and collaborations.
Stell added that the song reflects on their past experiences during their tours, and they hope that people will relate to it. "It's all about the hardships and 'yung mga bagay na nangyayari na biglaan na hindi natin inaasahan," he said. "As SB19, we know naman po 'yung music namin is nandiyan na, very loud. But when you examine it, 'yung parang 'pag pinakinggan niyo, talagang deep 'yung meaning. Pero with that kind of sound, gusto namin iparating sa audience and casuals," Stell added. Stell also said the conversation about "Visa" should be continued.
