MANILA, Philippines, March 11 ------ Filipina beauty queen Xena Ramos placed 4th runner-up in the Miss Global 2025 international beauty pageant held in Thailand. Ramos is an architect and actress signed with Viva Artists Agency. Among her acting credits are the TV5 drama "Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa" and streaming series "Section St. Valentine: The Disappearance of Divine."
Nhu Van Nguyen of Vietnam won the title while Jamaica's Keri-Ann Greenwood was named1st runner-up, Puerto Rico's Ediris Rivera placed 2nd runner-up, and USA's Lindsay Lauren Becker secured 3rd runner-up. Ramos aimed to become the Philippines' second representative to win the crown, following Shane Tormes' victory in 2022.
Meanwhile, new title holder Nhu Van Nguyen is a popular model from Vietnam and a proud advocate for single mothers. The 33-year-old has two children, aged 15 and 6.
Miss Global, established in 2013, is one of the most inclusive beauty pageants. Since its inception, it has allowed women aged 18 to 35, including single mothers.
