June 30 ------ Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo are the final duo who qualified for the Big 4 at “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB): Celebrity Collab” edition, beating the pair of Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera at the Big Jump challenge.

Salamanca and Manalo (or BreKa) were announced as the winners of the Big Jump challenge on the June 28 episode of “Pinoy Big Brother,” which ultimately secures them a spot at the finals. This makes Yu and de Vera (or DusBi) the final duo to be evicted from the “PBB” House.

In the two-part Big Jump challenge, the duos of Ralph de Leon and Will Ashley (RaWi), AZ Martinez and River Joseph (AZVer); Salamanca and Manalo; and Yu and de Vera had to bring a stack of red cups through a maze and build a tower based on the time limit. RaWi and AZver earlier won the challenge and had already qualified for a spot at the Big 4. BreKa accomplished the challenge after their tower had 16 layers, while DusBi’s tower had 13 layers. Meanwhile, the duo of Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo (CharEs) secured the first spot at the Big 4 after winning over the House Challengers.

DusBi, and the Big Night

Before leaving the “PBB” House, Yu and de Vera were praised for being unapologetically true to themselves, especially when it came to expressing their emotions and being reliable to their fellow housemates. “Dustin, bitbit ang iyong mga pinagdaanan, buong puso mong ibinahagi sa bahay ko ang iyong mga kakayahan. Sa iyong pagpapakatotoo, hindi ka natakot ibahagi ang iyong naramdaman,” the show’s Big Brother said. “Bianca, pumasok ka sa aking tahanan na taglay mo ang matibay na puso na bukas sa pag-unawa at handang umalalay sa lahat ng pagkakataon.”

Aside from their loved ones, the former housemates were welcomed by their agencies, Sparkle GMA and Star Magic, on its respective social media platforms after departing the “PBB” House.

The Big Night will be held at the New Frontier Theater on July 5. As the final day of “PBB’s” recent edition approaches, it was also announced that the “vote to evict” will be returned, with voters having the power to decide whom they want to either save or evict.
