Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte celebrate baby girl Runi in intimate gender reveal

February 11 ------ Celebrity couple and newlyweds Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte shared a glimpse of their intimate gender reveal and baby shower.

As seen in a video on their joint YouTube channel, the couple was joined by their family and closest friends as they officially announced that they are expecting a baby girl. “So guys, finally, this is it, gender reveal and baby shower in one. Tingnan niyo yung set up, sobrang ganda,” Loisa said as she showed the venue décor for the event.

Family members and friends took turns sharing heartfelt messages for the couple as they begin their journey into parenthood. Celebrity makeup artist and close friend RB Chanco offered a prayer, saying, “We are thanking the Lord that we have a new blessing coming our way and let's keep on praying that Loisa will deliver the baby safely and with no complications and the baby will be healthy.”

A family relative also expressed well wishes for the couple and their future child. “Sana maalagaan niyo ng maayos yung magiging mini me ninyo. Sana maging healthy and respectful siya sa magulang at sa family and friends niya.” Several celebrity friends were present at the special gathering, including actor Carlo Aquino and his wife actress Charlie Dizon, actor-magician Jeffrey Tam, It’s Showtime host Jackie Gonzaga, Darwin "Hap Rice" Tolentino, Ronnie’s fellow Hashtag members Tom Doromal and Kid Yambao, as well as Loisa’s Pinoy Big Brother All In batchmates Michele Gumabao and Nichole Baranda. “R2 (Ronnie), Loi, congratulations! Mapa-boy man yan or mapa-girl, nandito lang kami lagi ni Charlie, April para i-love yung magiging baby ninyo at mahal na mahal namin kayo. Congratulations!” Carlo said.

Charlie, who is also close to Loisa, became emotional as she shared her message, saying: “Naiiyak ako. Sobrang saya ko for you (Loisa). Huling kita ko sa kaniya, hindi pa namin alam lahat ito tapos ang tagal ko siyang hindi nakita kaya ayan nakikita ko siya (ngayon) in the flesh tapos ang laki na ng tyan mo, nakakaiyak. I love you so much. Ipagdadasal kita palagi.” Jeffrey also expressed his excitement for the couple, wishing them and their baby good health and blessings, “Excited na ako na lumabas yung baby niyo, baby girl. Finally nalaman na rin namin na babae. Good luck sa inyong dalawa and sana ibless kayo ni Lord and siyempre maging healthy ang baby, maging kasing ganda ng asawa mo, maging kasing gwapo mo. Congratulations sa inyo Ron, Loisa alagaan niyo baby niyo.”

Content creators Zeinab Harake Parks and her sister Rana Harake were also in attendance, with Zeinab sharing her well wishes for a happy and blessed family. “I want to say congratulations and looking forward to a blessed and happy family. Excited ako makita si baby girl. Best wishes guys! Love you always, Loisa!” The video also revealed the story behind their daughter’s name with Ronnie explaining: “Kaya Runi yan kasi akala ko noong una lalaki talaga kasi kapag lalaki is Ronnie, eh naging babae kaya Runi na lang kaya ayon siya.” The soon to be parents closed the video with a message to their unborn child: “We love you so much. We can't wait to finally meet you, our dearest daughter, RUNI LIOR.”

Last week, Loisa and Ronnie officially confirmed that they are expecting a baby girl and revealed her name. The couple first announced Loisa’s pregnancy on Christmas Day 2025, just weeks after surprising fans by revealing that they had already tied the knot.
