Derek Ramsay on being married to Ellen Adarna: ‘Gumaan ‘yung mundo ko’

January 19 ------ Derek Ramsay has opened up about how smooth-going his married life is with Ellen Adarna, months after they tied the knot in Bataan. Ramsay spoke about his life becoming peaceful after their marriage, in an interview with radio anchor Morly Alinio, as per DZRH News’ Facebook page last Sunday, Jan. 16. “Sobrang peaceful ng buhay ko, like ‘yung mga bagay na kinasi-stress-an ko dati, ngayon hindi ko na iniisip, hindi ko na hinahayaan na [maapektuhan] ako. Pag bumangon ako, full of energy, looking forward to spending the day with Ellen [and] Elias,” he said. “Parang gumaan, gumaan yung mundo ko.”

The actor also mentioned his good relationship with Elias, Adarna’s son with actor John Lloyd Cruz. Ramsay added that Elias is currently with Cruz, as part of his co-parenting setup with Adarna. When asked about his relationship with Cruz, Ramsay stressed that they are civil to each other, and that they prioritize Elias’ welfare over anything else. “Wala namang problema sa relationship namin John Lloyd. Civil kami, we’re all working together for the best interest of Elias. ‘Yon naman ‘yung importante don,” he added. Ramsay, Adarna and Elias recently had their family trip to Bukidnon, where they went ziplining in an adventure resort.
