November 24 ------ Soft rock duo Air Supply is returning to the Philippines in 2026 as part of their 50th anniversary tour, with scheduled performances in Laguna and Iloilo. The pair, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, will hold shows on Jan. 11, 2026, in Passi City, Iloilo, and Jan. 24, 2026, in Laguna.

Air Supply, formed in 1975 after the two met during the Australian tour of “Jesus Christ Superstar,” rose to global fame in the 1980s with hits such as “Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” “Every Woman in the World,” “The One that You Love,” “Here I Am” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All.” Their early albums collectively sold more than 20 million copies, while several of their singles earned multimillion radio plays worldwide.

The duo continues to tour around the world, performing around 130 shows each year and nearing their 5,500th live performance. They have also made historic appearances, including becoming the first Western act to tour China and playing for a crowd of 175,000 in Cuba in 2005.

Air Supply last visited the Philippines in September for their three-night sold-out show. Their past provincial concerts have also drawn large audiences. In their last press conference in the country, the band credited “the connection and passion” of the Filipino fans as one of the reasons why they keep coming back.

As part of their 50th anniversary celebrations, Russell and Hitchcock are also preparing new projects, including a biopic and their upcoming 18th studio album, “A Matter of Time,” which is set to be released on Dec. 1. /ra
