'Pinoy Big Brother' announces third season of Collab Edition, this time for regular housemates

August 16 ------ “Pinoy Big Brother” is set to welcome a new batch of housemates as “Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0” opens auditions to regular Filipinos around the world.

Hosts Gabbi Garcia and Bianca Gonzalez, along with Kim Chiu, announced: “It’s Showtime.” Unlike the first two Collab seasons, which featured celebrity housemates, the upcoming season will give ordinary Filipinos a chance to enter Kuya’s iconic house.

Auditions are open to all Filipinos worldwide who are 18 to 35 years old. Interested applicants must upload a one-minute video introducing their name, age, and location, and explaining why they deserve to become a “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate. The audition period is open until August 31.

Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca, who were both present on "It's Showtime," were hailed the first-ever Big Winner duo of the inaugural “PBB Celebrity Collab Edition.”

In February, Caprice Cayetano and Lella Ford emerged as the Big Winners of “PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.” Former celebrity housemates including Joaquin Arce and Klarisse de Guzman accompanied Gabbi and Bianca to make the much-awaited announcement.
