May 14 ------ Jessica Sanchez is ecstatic to be performing alongside Original Pilipino Music (OPM) powerhouses in her concert on May 16 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, which also marks the kickoff of her “Seasons” world tour.

The star-studded roster of guests includes Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez, Concert King Martin Nievera, Asia’s Pop Heartthrob Darren Espanto, Asia’s Phoenix Morissette, Multimedia Prince James Reid, and host-comedian Vice Ganda, the latest addition to the lineup. “There’s gonna be a lot of amazing things happening for the show,” teased Jessica during her presscon at Novotel Manila Araneta City. “I have amazing guests that are gonna be there. I mean, plenty… It’s a long list of amazing artists. So, you won’t want to miss it.”

Aside from the powerful lineup, concertgoers can also expect the 2025 “America’s Got Talent (AGT)” winner to take them through her musical journey, which began when she auditioned for the show in 2006 at the age of 10. “And also, I’m gonna just kind of be highlighting my journey. I feel like my journey has (started) since I was 10 years old on ‘AGT,’ the first season. So, we’re gonna throw it back for a few (years) and then I also just released my album season ‘Szn.’ “So, I have some new songs on there that I might be performing. And also my new song with Morissette, Stronger Than Before. So, I mean, a lot of really, really good stuff happening, a lot of surprises. So, I really hope to see you guys there.”

“Stronger Than Before is such a special song to me because it really reflects so much of my personal journey — both in my career and in my life,” Jessica said in a statement. “This song is about resilience, growth and finding strength through those difficult moments. I wanted it to be an anthem for anyone who has ever felt knocked down but chose to rise again.”

She also expressed her admiration for Morissette, saying, “I’ve admired Morissette for so long — not just because of her powerhouse vocals, but because of the passion, emotion, and strength she brings to everything she does. Collaborating with her has been a dream, and I’m so grateful we got to create this together.” “One of my favorite parts was hearing how beautifully our voices blended. It felt so natural and powerful. There were definitely moments in the studio where we both just looked at each other like, ‘Wow, this is something really special,’” she added.

If there’s one song that best describes the “season” of her life right now, it would be Risk It All by Bruno Mars. As she elaborated to The STAR, “I feel like my life has just been... kind of all about my baby. That’s all I can think about. That’s all my mind is on.” “You would think that, like, because I’m such a perfectionist, and I’m, you know, always thinking, overthinking, that this big concert would be stressing me out, or I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, I just want to get to that day.’ But all I can think about is my baby girl. I’m so happy she’s here with me, playing with her upstairs. I just want her to be happy and healthy. She had a fever, actually, the other day.”

She celebrated Mother’s Day for the first time while traveling to the Philippines. “It’s a mom mode for me,” she enthused. “I was just taking care of her, loving her. She’s been my main priority. So, Risk It All has just been, like, my song. And I actually sing that to her, and she loves it. I think you guys have seen the video on Instagram when she was singing along with me. Yeah, she’s finding her voice. She might be a singer, too. I mean, she’s Filipino so… Haha!”

(Tickets to the concert are now available on Ticket World outlets and its website. The show is presented by Wilbros Live and co-produced by RS Francisco of Frontrow.)
