December 2 ------ BINI - composed of Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha and Sheena — continues their dominance as a P-pop powerhouse after bagging the trophy for Best Female Group at the 2025 iteration of the Jupiter Music Awards.

While BINI’s distinction was recognized in September yet, the trophy for the Best Female Group award was presented to the group only on Saturday, Nov. 29, at the Emtek Studio City in Jakarta, Indonesia. The female octet, however, was not present to accept the plum as it coincided with their “BINIfied” year-end concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

This milestone was nonetheless congratulated by their label, Star Music, on its official X (formerly Twitter) page. “Jakarta was also BINIfied! Simultaneous with our Nation’s Girl Group’s BINIfied concert at Philippine Arena last night, they also won “Female Group of The Year” at the Jupiter Music Awards! Congratulations, @bini_ph!” the post read.

BINI was also nominated for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, and Music Video of the Year. Winners were decided through fan votes where the preliminary round ran from July 18 to August 1, and the final round took place from August 8 to 29. This achievement is another feather added to the girl group’s cap following their successful 2025, which included the release of their third studio album “Flames” last November and several award show appearances, to name a few. The octet is set to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in January, the first P-pop and Filipino act to do so.
