March 11 ------ With their Coachella debut a month away, BINI said they’re focused on preparing for their first appearance in the music and arts festival, hinting that it’s a stage that fans (or Blooms) can look forward to.

The P-pop powerhouse briefly hinted that they’re preparing “something new” for their Coachella stage on the March 9 episode of “Showtime Online U,” although they kept their lips sealed on their lineup, among other things. “Nagte-training na po kami for Coachella and madugo,” Sheena said. “We are very focused [and] bini-build na namin ang stamina namin. Nag-aaral kami ng mga bagong bagay for Coachella.”

BINI’s “It’s Showtime” and “Showtime Online U” appearance falls is included in the promotional activities following the release of their back-to-back singles “Unang Kilig” and “Honey Honey” earlier this month. “Unang Kilig,” which was first revealed at BINI’s Valentine’s Day fan meet in Manila, is written and produced by Jeremy G. According to their label, the song “captures the rush of blossoming romance,” and is an ode to the octet’s feminine concept.

The song’s music video features Gerald Anderson, Richard Gutierrez, Vhong Navarro, Charo Santos-Concio, Cathy Garcia-Sampana, Olivia Lamasan, and Ogie Diaz, and is filmed at the Dolphy Theater.

Meanwhile, “Honey Honey” is co-written and co-produced by Jacob Munk, Pontus “Oneye” Kalm, Greg Shilling, Melanie Fontana, and Khimo Gumatay. BINI is set to represent the Philippines at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, on April 10 and 17. They are the first all-Filipino act to be invited to the famed festival. Other artists confirmed to perform are Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Karol G, KATSEYE, Taemin, PinkPantheress, and BigBang, among many others.
