Spotify gives Arthur Nery’s Binhis an intimate live experience

November 1 ------ For Arthur Nery’s most dedicated fans, known as Binhis, streaming his music opened the door to an experience that went beyond their headphones. An intimate live performance brought them closer to the singer-songwriter.
Spotify launched Spotify 360, a new Premium experience that rewards fans’ listening habits with exclusive opportunities to connect with their favorite artists, with Nery becoming the first Filipino artist to headline the initiative.
Fans and members of the media boarded Spotify-branded buses for the trip to New Clark City Athletics Stadium in Capas, Tarlac. The ride became part of the celebration, with Nery’s music filling the bus as participants joined games and answered trivia questions for a chance to win merchandise.
Upon arriving at the venue, attendees explored booths and interactive installations celebrating the singer’s musical journey. Among the highlights was a milestone museum featuring outfits Nery wore for performances and award ceremonies, alongside trophies and information documenting his key achievements.
A dedicated message wall also gave fans the opportunity to write personal notes to the artist. The messages later found their way to Nery through special guest Jolianne, who presented them to him after their performance together.
The evening culminated in an intimate set that placed Nery at the center of a 360-degree stage, with fans gathered around him. Backed by a live string section and a choir, Nery delivered reimagined versions of some of his best-known songs, including “Na Naman,” “Binhi,” “Pagsamo,” “Isa Lang,” and “Take All the Love.” Jolianne joined him onstage for their hit collaboration, “Palayo Sa Mundo.” Fireworks capped the celebration, bringing the night to a close after a performance that highlighted the connection between Nery and the listeners who have followed his musical journey.
Since joining Radar Philippines in 2020, Nery has grown his Spotify listenership 13-fold and surpassed 2.8 billion streams on the platform. His song “Isa Lang” is among the three most-streamed songs in the Philippines, while the lyric “Take all the love that I give” is the most-shared lyric in his catalog.
“We’ve watched Arthur grow from our first Radar Philippines class into one of the leading Filipino artists on Spotify, and his listeners have been with him every step of the way. Every day we see firsthand how fans fuel artists’ careers. With Spotify 360, we want to put those fans at the heart of the experience,” said Kossy Ng, Spotify’s head of music for Southeast Asia.
For Nery, the gathering offered a different perspective on the relationship he has built with his listeners over the years. “On Spotify, I can see how people are listening to my music, but standing in front of Binhis who’ve made my songs part of their lives for years is something else. Seeing and hearing them sing every word back that night made me realize how much we’ve grown together,” he said.
For attendee Julia Ocampo, being selected through her listening activity made the experience particularly meaningful. “Being invited to Spotify 360 feels like such a privilege. It’s a rare chance to see Arthur up close, and knowing I was there because I listen to his music so much makes it even more rewarding,” she said.
The experience will extend beyond the live event with Nery’s performances set to become available on Live Sa Spotify, a playlist dedicated to local live video performances on the platform. A five-episode editorial watchfeed will also document his journey and the event, allowing attendees to revisit the experience and giving fans who were not present an opportunity to see the performances.
Produced in partnership with Nine Degrees North, Spotify 360 highlights how streaming can serve as more than a way to discover and revisit music. For Nery and his Binhis, it became an opportunity to celebrate the songs, shared memories and growing connection that have brought them together.
