Shuvee Etrata named first female ambassador of Boy Scouts of the Philippines‬

October 3 ------ Shuvee Etrata has been appointed as the first female Scout Ambassador of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP). The position was formalized in a memorandum of agreement signing, where Etrata appeared in full scout uniform, as seen in the photos posted on Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s Instagram page.

Under her role, Etrata will represent the organization in events and campaigns that promote the scouting values of “leadership, service, and community engagement among Filipino youth.” 

In 2024, BSP introduced its ambassador program with David Licauco as its first Scout Ambassador. Etrata, who rose to fame for her stint in Pinoy Big Brother.
