November 8 ------ Three of GMA Network’s rising male stars are joining forces for a night of music and entertainment as Michael Sager, Kelvin Miranda and Anton Vinzon headline “Gen Z Heartthrobs,” a pre-Valentine concert scheduled for Jan. 15, 2027, at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

During a press conference, the three actors said they want to give audiences an entertaining evening featuring individual performances, group numbers and opportunities for direct interaction with their fans.

“We really want to entertain the audience and make them feel that they can enjoy themselves. There is already so much happening around us, so we want to give them something fun and a little romance to make their hearts happy,” Miranda said. “We each have our own songs prepared for our respective solo performances. We will also have group performances. Those are what we want the audience to look forward to,” he added.

Miranda described himself as someone who enjoys old-school music, particularly classic songs, love songs and standards. Vinzon, meanwhile, gravitates toward contemporary Filipino hits such as “Buwan” and “Dilaw,” while Sager has broader musical taste that lets him explore both styles.

For Vinzon, the concert is an opportunity to show audiences different sides of their personalities while giving them something meaningful to take home. “We just want to have fun. During the concert, we will show our playful sides and personalities. Each of us has a different character, so we will bring different flavors to the show. We have a lot to offer, and we will give the audience all our talents,” he said.

He added that they hope to go beyond the usual concert experience by sharing lessons and values through their performances. “We want to express ourselves to the audience, not just through romance or laughter, but also by sharing values and lessons through this concert,” Vinzon said.

While the three are known for their acting projects, Sager said he has been taking singing lessons to prepare for the concert. He considers the show an opportunity to improve his skills and explore another aspect of his artistry. “When it comes to singing, I think it is really something I want to get better at. With an opportunity like this, where I know I have to sing, I have taken the time to attend lessons. I believe there is always room for improvement in everything I do,” he said.

Sager also emphasized that they are taking their preparations seriously because they want to deliver a worthwhile experience for those who will attend. “We want to give our best. This is not just about entertaining people; it is also about giving them something worth listening to. It is for the audience and the people who will come. Tickets are not cheap, so we want this night to be something they will remember, even if only for a while, as they forget about their problems,” he said.
