Liza Soberano is Dutch magazine's 'cover star of the day'




July 7 ------ The Filipina actress is Dutch publication Numero Netherlands' "cover star of the day." On Instagram, Numero called Liza "one of the most sought actors in the Philippines" and pointed out her Hollywood debut, "Lisa Frankenstein." "In addition to her work on-screen, she is an ambassador for Save the Children. Her advocacy and philanthropic work have led to significant advancement of children’s rights in the Philippines justice system," Numero added. 

  

Liza was shot by Shaira Luna and had an all-Filipino glam team comprised of makeup artist Athea Bueno, hair stylist Renz Pangilinan and stylist Lyn Alumno. "Living in the 80s with Numero," Liza wrote as she shared snaps from her '80s-themed cover shoot on Instagram. 

  

According to its website, Numero is a biannual Dutch publication that prides itself in bringing together "the fashion world, art and design together in collaboration with leading international photographers, top models and the best-known stylists and young talent," it said on its website. Liza's international career is certainly on the upswing. After her sensational Hollywood debut on the movie "Lisa Frankenstein," Liza attended the Screen Actors Guild Awards, and even got a glambot moment from American TV network E! Entertainment.   She then went on to present an award at the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Japan, and served as jury member at the 1st Ho Chi Minh International Film Festival.
