March 26 ------ Social media personality Kween Yasmin has confirmed that she is pregnant, putting an end to months of speculation surrounding her personal life. In an interview with Jeff Asistio titled “Ang Rebelasyon ni Kween Yasmin,” the content creator addressed the long-standing bashing she has received online, alongside persistent pregnancy rumors involving her boyfriend, Elmer Villacura.
According to Kween, the criticisms intensified earlier this year when netizens speculated that she was pregnant, which she had firmly denied back in January. However, during the interview, she revealed that she is now expecting and is currently two weeks pregnant. “Hindi ko lang po masabi through Facebook po, social media accounts po, or in that way po pero sasabihin ko naman po soon po na meron po akong supling na anak po soon mula po kay Mahal Asawa ko Elmer Villacura A.k.A Troy Tuyor.”
The revelation left Jeff momentarily stunned, prompting him to clarify her statement. “Supling na anak po,” Kween reiterated. “Buntis ka ngayon?” Jeff asked. “Opo,” Kween clarified. Kween emphasized that her announcement is genuine and not “fake news”, assuring viewers. “Pero po sasabihin ko naman po sana soon, pero siyempre kailangan po meron din po tayong mailalaan na oras para [muna] sa work. Siyempre ‘yun po muna yung inuuna ko po kaya hindi ko po masabi-sabi sa pampublikong mamayang Pilipino.”
Jeff went on to congratulate the couple, even volunteering to be a godfather, whether for their future child or their potential wedding. When asked if she was excited, Kween paused and appeared momentarily speechless before responding with a laugh: “Sakto lang.” Despite admitting she is not yet fully ready for motherhood, Kween acknowledged the blessing and shared that she and her partner are already preparing financially for their child.
Following the interview, Kween expressed her gratitude online, commenting on Jeff’s post, writing: “Love ,” and later reposting the episode on her official Facebook account with the message: “Thank you po love Jeff Asistio-Official ey ka Muna dyan ey” Fans quickly flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages, expressing excitement as the “All-Purpose Kween” enters a new chapter in life as a mother.
The confirmation marks a turning point from her earlier stance in January, when she addressed criticisms ranging from alleged attitude changes, pregnancy rumors, autotune use, and other forms of cyberbullying. “Iisa-isahin ko na lahat para madama nyo din na nasasaktan ako. Masaya (pero) deep inside it really hurts,” she wrote at the time. She had previously denied pregnancy rumors and emphasized her focus on her career. “Iwasan po natin na magsabi ng mga hindi magaganda na ikakasira ng trabaho natin. Katulad nyo, iniingatan nyo yung image nyo at work nyo para hindi masira ng ganun ganun lang… Sinabi ko naman na paulit ulit sa chat na hindi ako pregnant. Kasi once na magkaroon ka na ng responsibilidad mahirap na takasan yan at lahat ng yan.”
In another earlier post, she firmly clarified: “Once (and) for all to all of comments section, (please) stop (commenting in the comment section) like saying pregnant daw ako kahit hindi naman. 2026 na po kaya sana naman tantanan nyo na po kakasabi ng pregnant (ako),” “Honest answer: I'm not pregnant, work po muna focus ko ngayon.”
Kween Yasmin first rose to internet fame in 2018 after her viral cover of “Hayaan Mo Sila” following a senior high school field trip. She later became known for her song and dance covers, parody performances, and martial arts showcases, earning her the moniker “All-Purpose Kween.” She continued to capture online attention through viral moments such as her “Esophagus, esophagus” poem, a humorous virtual fan meet mishap, and even the release of her own Canva font, further cementing her unique presence in the digital space.
