KC Concepcion reunites with dad Gabby Concepcion: 'I'm home'

February 27 ------ KC Concepcion just reunited with her father, Gabby Concepcion, and she took to Instagram to commemorate the occasion.

KC shared a few shots from their father-daughter trip to Batangas, including a mushy photo of them hugging it out while flashing sweet smiles for the camera. Aside from their pics together, the international actress also posted a short video of the waters in Batangas and her walking on a field of beachside rocks.

Tagging Gabby in the caption, KC wrote, "Hi loves! I'm home," with a red heart emoji. During Gabby's 58th birthday last year, KC said he was the first man she has ever loved.
