Karen Ibasco proud personality development mentor of BINI, praises group’s growth

April 16 ------ Miss Philippines-Earth 2017 Karen Ibasco revealed she’s one of the personality development mentors of BINI, as she celebrated the P-pop girl group’s recent milestones, including their Coachella debut.

The former beauty queen looked back at one of the moments she shared with the group, through her Instagram page on Monday, April 13. Aside from BINI, Ibasco was also posing with several former Star Hunt trainees, including BGYO members, who trained with the octet prior to their respective group debuts.

“From humble beginnings, to dominating the local stage, and now performing on the international spotlight at Coachella. I’m more than honored to be your personality development mentor, along with the other mentors who shared their expertise and believed alongside all of you,” Ibasco said in the caption. “Looking back from how we started to seeing where you are now makes me so fulfilled and happy!” she exclaimed. “From Day 1, I memorized all your names, and now you are all making a name for yourselves.”

Ibasco underscored that all the training the group had undergone paid off, and that she’s proud to have been part of their journey. “May you all continue to be an inspiration to many. I’m always here, cheering all of you on to more success!” she concluded.

Meanwhile, aside from their actual stage performance on April 10, BINI also made a surprise appearance during the set of British-Ivorian singer-songwriter Flowerovlove on April 12 (April 13 in the Philippines).
