'Kapamilya Deal or No Deal' returns with Luis Manzano as host

MANILA, March 28 ------ ABS-CBN's popular game show "Kapamilya Deal or No Deal" is coming back on television in 2026. ABS-CBN made the confirmation through a social media post on Thursday as it introduced Luis Manzano as the host of the show's brand new season.

Manzano, dubbed as the "Pambansang Host," also shared the teaser of "Kapamilya Deal or No Deal." "Lucky you! Nagbabalik ang swerte mo this year. Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal?' Manzano said in the teaser.

Joining Manzano in the game show are 20 lucky stars who will play in the all-new original episodes of the show's "luckiest season." The teaser also revealed that the game show is set to air on Saturdays and Sundays.

This marks the return of "Kapamilya Deal or No Deal" after a decade since it was last aired. It was last year when Manzano teased the return of the hit game show with him as the host. Based on the Netherlands' game show Miljoenenjacht, the first season of “Deal or No Deal” premiered in the Philippines in 2006, originally hosted by Kris Aquino. In 2012, Manzano became the host of the game.
