August 4 ------ Kaila Estrada is aware that managing her busy career and maintaining her health takes a balancing act, which explains why she makes it a point to prioritize herself at all times. For Estrada, her health is considered her “real wealth,” as it helps her maximize every opportunity that is given. She recently capped off her work for the action drama “Incognito” last month and is set to star in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2025 entry “Shake, Rattle & Roll Evil Origins.”

The upcoming MMFF film also stars Carla Abellana, Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin, Fyang Smith, JM Ibarra, Ashley Ortega, Richard Gutierrez, Janice de Belen, and Sassa Gurl, to name a few. “I take care of my health because it is my real wealth. As I try to maximize the opportunities being given to me, I also try to stay committed to staying healthy and encouraging other young adults to do the same,” she said.

The actress, who was recently named the ambassador of a barley and wellness brand, reiterated that prioritizing one’s health will always be a must for her. “We need to start making health a priority early in life. We need to commit to doing things our future selves will be grateful for, like taking barley.” “It’s amazing to be part of a brand that’s committed to helping people live healthier lives, no matter their age,” she continued. “For me, this is about owning my life, my body, and my goals. I’m also very careful about what I endorse, because I believe in taking care not only of my name but also of my responsibility to those who support me.”

Daughter of showbiz greats Janice de Belen and John Estrada, Estrada started her entertainment career as a model before making her acting debut in the 2021 drama “Viral Scandal.” She gained wider recognition after portraying Sylvia in the drama “Linlang” and Bettina in “Can’t Buy Me Love.”
