August 28 ------ After earning her certification as a positive psychology coach, Jodi Sta. Maria has reflected on her academic journey as she continues to add a new set of professional achievements to her name. The “Be Careful with My Heart” actress recently took to Instagram to look back on her accomplishments, which she said were “once just a dream she whispered to God,” as she revealed her ongoing educational endeavors.
“There were days I questioned myself, my timing, my worth, my path. But the dream never left. Between healing, working, and showing up for life, I chose to grow, quietly and consistently,” she reflected. “Now here I am, a certified Positive Psychology Coach, an Interpersonal Psychotherapy Level A practitioner, an Ear Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, and soon an MA degree holder in Counseling and Psychotherapy and a Grief Support Practitioner,” she continued.

Sta. Maria expressed that her titles “are more than achievements; they are alignment.” “You’re not too late. You’re not too broken. Start small. Start scared. Just start,” she stated as she reminded her followers to hold on to their dreams. “When God plants a dream in your heart, it’s never by accident. It’s His gentle reminder that you’re made for more… Hold on, trust the process, and keep moving forward,” the actress concluded her post.
