December 1 ------ Emmanuel “Jimuel” Pacquiao Jr. fought Brendan Lally to a majority draw in his professional debut at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California.

After four rounds, the judges scored the lightweight bout 39-37 for Pacquiao, and 38-38 on the two remaining cards. Lally came out as the aggressor from the opening bell, pressing forward and letting his hands go as he searched for short shots in close quarters. Jimuel, on the other hand, was more economical with his attack, prioritizing defense and landing clean counters.

In the fourth and final round, Jimuel finally threw caution to the wind, meeting the Chicago native at the center of the ring for a fiery slugfest as the final seconds ticked away. Pacquiao now owns a professional record of 0-0-1. His highly anticipated debut was featured on the undercard of Elijah Pierce vs. Lorenzo Parra during Manny Pacquiao Promotions’ maiden event on American soil.
