Jacinto trough, habagat to bring rains all over PH

MANILA, August 29 ------ The trough of tropical depression Jacinto and the southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to bring rains all over the Philippines state weather bureau PAGASA said. Jacinto exited the Philippine area of responsibility 5 p.m. yesterday. It was seen 650 kilometers west of Iba, Zambales, as of 3 a.m. today.
Its trough, or the extended region of low pressure, will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms across Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may also be seen in the rest of Cagayan Valley. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Dinagat Islands, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan. It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of country.
