Idol Kids PH completes Top 6 lineup as Klied, Sean, and Yassi join 'Final Showdown'

MANILA, September 22 ------ After weeks of vocal battles and emotional eliminations, Idol Kids Philippines has officially completed its Top 6 finalists, with Klied, Sean, and Yassi securing the last spots.

The trio joined early finalists Quinn, MJ, and Alexa. Klied and Sean earned their places through standout performances, while Yassi was dramatically saved by the judges. "I feel blessed and happy po," said Quinn. "Happy po ako na lalaban po ako sa Final Showdown kasi dream ko po to be a part of this competition po," said MJ, for his part. Alexa, who is preparing to sing the Eraserheads classic 'Ang Huling El Bimbo,' in the finals, is a mix of nerves and excitement. "Masaya po na may medyo kaba po," she said.

The last day of semifinals also featured performances from hopefuls Francheska ("Kilometro" by Sarah Geronimo), Leisah ("Someday" by Nina), and Jairah ("With A Smile" by Eraserheads). Sean impressed with his rendition of "Himala" by Rivermaya, while BGYO energized the stage with a special performance.

The judges expressed their excitement for the upcoming Final Showdown, each offering a glimpse into what audiences can expect. "I think the Final Showdown of Idol Kids Philippines is really gonna be interesting because we have a really good roster of our Top 6… Iba't ibang bitaw sila… I don't know, but I'm really excited," said Juan Karlos. "For me, it's very exciting like what JK said. I think we have a good mix, so mag-abang kayo kasi I think it's gonna be a very enjoyable watch," said Regine Velasquez.

Gary Valenciano added: "I think it's going to be exactly what it's called -- the Final Showdown. That's exactly what's going to be." Angeline Quinto also shared her excitement, saying: "Excited ako na ma-witness kong kaninong pangarap na naman ang matutupad sa Final Showdown ng Idol Kids Philippines." Meanwhile, Idol Kids PH Host Robi Domingo said they got "the best of the best" heading into the Final Showdown. "Ramdam na ramdam yung growth nung each kiddie hopeful from auditions hanggang ngayon kaya natutuwa kami for them. Kahit sino sa kanila manalo, I'll be super happy," he said.
