Gilas to play Fiba World Cup qualifier vs Guam at Blue Eagle Gym

November 1 ------ GILAS Pilipinas will play a home game at the refurbished Blue Eagle Gym on December 1 when it takes on Guam in the Fiba World Cup Asian qualifiers. The Nationals will see action in the facility located inside the Ateneo de Manila campus that recently played host to UAAP games following its renovation.

The December 1 tiff is the second for the Philippines after their road showdown against Guam on November 28 in their bid to qualify for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 in Qatar. Prior to the December tiff, Gilas Pilipinas usually plays their FIBA home games at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum and the Mall of Asia Arena.

The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas announced that tickets are already available for the Blue Eagle Gym match in the FIBA Basketball World Cup Asian Qualifiers.
