August 7 ------ Coleen Garcia was a head turner at the recently concluded ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards (AIFFA) held in Malaysia.
On Instagram, the actress shared her look during the awards night, where she donned a gown by Malaysian designer Ray Jolly. "I enjoyed my first [AIFFA] experience! We were greeted with so much warmth and felt right at home," Coleen began. "It was an honor and pleasure to meet and converse with the AIFFA team and fellow ASEAN artists, and to come together to celebrate the art of filmmaking," she added.
Most of all, Coleen said she enjoyed bonding with the Philippines team during the event, especially Maxie Eigenmann and Carlo Obispo. "All in all, I'm so grateful for the experience! Congratulations to [Maxie] and [Carlo] for bagging major awards! Nakaka proud kayo," she ended.
Last year, Coleen won a Best Actress award at the El Grito International Fantastic Film Festival in Venezuela.
