Chito Miranda embraces healthier lifestyle for his family

April 16 ------ Chito Miranda has decided to quit all his vices as he embarked on a healthier lifestyle, all for the sake of his family.
Miranda gave a glimpse of his new fitness journey on his Instagram page as he shared his motivation for staying fit and healthy. “Feeling ko mas healthy pa ako ngayon kesa nung mabata-bata ako. Dati kasi yosi, alak, puyat, inom, at walang pakialam sa pagkain… Ngayon, healthy living na hehe! Hanap ka lang ng dahilan na mas mahalaga kumpara sa mga bisyo mo. Ako, pamilya,” he wrote.
The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman admitted that if he weren’t inspired by the love his wife and kids have for him, he wouldn’t choose a healthy lifestyle. “Kung sarili ko lang iniisip ko, siguradong nagyo-yosi pa rin ako ngayon, party pa rin ako gabi-gabi, at kakainin ko pa rin lahat ng gusto ko. Pero pag inisip ko kung gaano ako kamahal ng asawa’t mga anak ko, parang ayoko pumayag na hindi ako magpaka-healthy for them,” he stated.
Miranda underscored that he wanted to be capable enough to take care of his family instead of the other way around. “Ayoko sila iwan ng maaga. Ayoko alagaan nila ako dahil di ko na kaya alagaan ang sarili ko. Ayokong magkasakit tapos sila mamomroblema sa pagpapagamot sa akin. So hanggang sa makakaya ko, aalagaan ko ang sarili ko… para ako ang mag-aalaga sa kanila hanggang dulo,” concluded the singer.
