Bretman Rock and Niana Guerrero land on the 2026 TIME100 Creators list

July 19 ------ Filipino content creators Bretman Rock and Niana Guerrero landed on the 2026 TIME100 Creators list. According to TIME, the list recognizes 100 of the "most influential digital voices." This year honorees hail from over a dozen countries and create content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Bretman and Niana were both included in the Titans category.

In its feature on Bretman, TIME highlighted how he first built a massive following as one of the platform’s early beauty creators through his personality, and how he has since embraced more grounded content by sharing glimpses of his life in Hawaii.

Meanwhile, TIME noted that Niana has become the most-followed creator in the Philippines on TikTok, amassing 46.8 million followers. The magazine also highlighted her collaborations with numerous local and international stars. Born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii, Bretman has built a successful career as a content creator over the years.

In March 2023, he returned to the Philippines for the launch of his memoir, You're That Bitch, which included a book-signing event. Reflecting on his journey in an Instagram post at the time, Bretman paid tribute to his younger self and the dreams that fueled his rise to fame. "This is all because of a little Filipino bakla that dreamed he was gonna be artista one day and he was going to make it happen one way or another," Bretman posted. "That little boy planted so many seeds for me so that I can flourish today and I’m forever doing everything for him and because of him," he added.

Meanwhile, Niana achieved a major milestone in 2024 after surpassing one billion likes on TikTok. "Being part of the '1 billion club' feels surreal, and it just motivates me to keep working hard and making content that people enjoy," she remarked in a past interview with Metro. Beyond the numbers, Niana shared that what matters most to her are the meaningful connections and relationships she has formed through her love for dance, which she considers among her greatest accomplishments. "I feel like taking care of those [connections] and maintaining them is a great achievement," she stated.
