Bea Alonzo, Puregold's Vincent Co now married

MANILA, July 15 ------ Actress Bea Alonzo and Puregold Price Club Inc. president Vincent Co tied the knot in Makati, a staff of Makati Mayor Nancy Binay confirmed to ABS-CBN News on Tuesday. Binay later congratulated the couple in a social media post, saying: "Kinasal ko na po sila."

Speculation about the couple's wedding surfaced after photos purportedly showing their civil ceremony began circulating online. Alonzo and Co have kept their relationship largely private. Earlier this year, the couple was the subject of wedding rumors following the publication of marriage banns and reports of a planned overseas wedding, but those plans were reportedly called off.

Alonzo's lawyer, Atty. Lorna Kapunan, extended her well-wishes to the actress at the sidelines of Vice President Sara Duterte's impeachment trial at the Senate. "I wish you well, Bea," said Kapunan. "People are asking, did I make the prenuptial agreement? Actually, I wish I did," she added.

There has been no official word from the couple regarding a prenuptial agreement. Kapunan also denied reports that she was a witness at the wedding.
