B.League: Ramos, Levanga bounce back vs. Ibaraki; Edu repeats vs. Parks Jr.

May 6 ------ Dwight Ramos and Levanga Hokkaido bounced back from their previous loss in the 2024-25 season of the Japan B.League. Less than a day after their 82-73 loss, Hokkaido retaliated with an 83-70 victory over the Ibaraki Robots at Hokkai Kita-yale.
The Gilas Pilipinas wingman had nine points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals in their 21st win in 60 games. They remained fifth in the Eastern Division after this contest. Also on the winning end were AJ Edu and Nagasaki Velca who dumped Ray Parks Jr. and Osaka Evessa for the second straight game.
Edu finished with five rebounds, two points, three steals, two blocks, and an assist in their 85-76 win at the Ookini Arena Maishima. This was Nagasaki’s 26th win in 60 games, and they remained at No.6 in the Western Division following this contest. Parks Jr., for his part, put up 13 markers, two steals, and an assist in Osaka’s 31st loss in 60 appearances. They remained at No.4 in the same division after this game. Meanwhile, Matthew Wright and the Kawasaki Brave Thunders fell short against San-en NeoPhoenix just a day after their close win over the same squad.
Kawasaki was dominated by San-en, 100-65, and Wright finished with eight points and three boards in their 18th loss in 60 games. They remained at No.8 in the Central Division due to this loss.
