Ayala Malls Cinemas offers buy-one-get-one movie tickets on Mondays

MANILA, September 5 ------ Ayala Malls is marking the first Philippine National Cinema Day on September 12 with special cinema offerings and a continuing ticket promotion aimed at encouraging moviegoers to return to theaters.

The mall operator’s Red Carpet Monday's promo, now in its second month, offers a buy-one-get-one movie ticket deal every Monday until November 30, subject to terms and conditions.

Ayala Malls said the promotion is part of its efforts to make moviegoing more accessible while highlighting the cinema as a shared experience. “No matter how many ways we watch films today, nothing quite compares to watching a movie on the big screen and enjoying it together,” Sean Luarca, Ayala Malls marketing director, said.

The company is also promoting its premium cinema formats and other on-ground experiences as part of its National Cinema Day activities.

Several films are scheduled for release at Ayala Malls Cinemas this September, including “Practical Magic 2” on September 9, “Resident Evil” on September 16, DreamWorks’ “Forgotten Island” on September 23 and “Verity” on September 30.

“Forgotten Island,” an adventure film set in the Philippines, is among the month’s releases.
