Anne Curtis, Dingdong Dantes among nominees at Seoul Drama Awards 2026

June 16 ------ Anne Curtis, Dingdong Dantes and Joshua Garcia, are among the nominees at the 21st Seoul International Drama Awards 2026. The three Filipino actors were included among the nominees for the Outstanding Asian Star Award this year, as stated in a press release posted on the awarding body’s website on Monday, June 15.
The Outstanding Asian Star Award recognizes actors and actresses who made a significant impact in drama productions over the past year across six participating countries: Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. Right after the announcement, Curtis took to X to celebrate her nomination, writing, “OMG. I’m so kilig. I don’t stand a chance against the voting power of Jisoo but I’m so grateful to even be nominated.”
The Seoul Drama Awards Organizing Committee and TNK Factory announced that voting officially opened today through the global voting platform IDOLCHAMP and will run until July 14.
Curtis, Garcia and Dantes join a roster of Asian stars that include South Korean actors Jisoo of Blackpink, Jun Ji-hyun, Kim Seon-ho, Go Youn-jung, Ji Chang-wook, Doh Kyung-soo, Kim Woo-bin, Suzy, Lim Yoon-a and Park Bo-young, among others.
Chinese nominees include Dilraba Dilmurat, Zhao Lusi, Yang Yang and Bai Jingting, while Thailand’s lineup features Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak, Milk Pansa Vosbein, Love Pattranite Limpatiyakorn, Namtan Tipnaree, Film Rachanun and Rebecca Patricia Armstrong. Japan’s nominees include Haruna Kawaguchi, Kazuya Kamenashi, Shun Oguri and Jin Akanishi, while Singapore is represented by Tyler Ten, Richie Koh, Hong Ling and Tasha Low.
The awards body also opened voting for the Outstanding Korean Drama O.S.T category, which honors songs featured in Korean dramas over the past year.
