Angelica Panganiban nominated for best actress at Global OTT Awards

May 13 ------ Angelica Panganiban earned a best actress nomination at the Global OTT Awards 2026.

Panganiban, 39, got the nomination for her performance in the ABS-CBN and Prime Video series "The Silent Noise." "The Silent Noise" itself is also nominated under the Best Asian Contents category.

Premiering last March, "The Silent Noise" follows a family whose lives are disrupted by the mysterious death of the deaf child's teacher.

The series also stars Zanjoe Marudo, Zaijian Jaranilla, Mutya Orquia, KD Omalin, and Mylene Dizon, among others. The awards night for the Global OTT Awards 2026 will be held in Busan, South Korea, on June 20.
