Alyssa takes charge as Creamline boosts bid for Final Four spot




April 15 ------ CREAMLINE bounced back from stinging losses with a resounding victory over Nxled, 25-22, 25-12, 25-20 in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena. Alyssa Valdez took charge with 11 points on 11 attacks as the Cool Smashers dominated the Chameleons to improve to 7-2 (win-loss), enhancing their chances in a crowded race to the Final Four. 

  

The Cool Smashers atoned for a five-set loss to Petro Gazz in their last outing, regaining their confidence ahead of the rivalry game against Choco Mucho on Thursday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. "Just like what coach said, it’s good for the team we’re happy na nanalo kami today, and it’s good that we had this kind of game, preparation for next game namin, and we’re really excited to play our next game” said Tots Carlos. 

  

Carlos contributed 18 points on 14 attacks and four aces while Jema Galanza finished with 10 points. Ivy Lacsina scored 10 points for the Chameleons.
