17 na pelikula maglalaban-laban para sa 17th edition ng Cinemalaya

October 7 ------ Next year, 2021, ay 17 ang magiging official entries para sa full length category ng Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival na nasa ika-17 taon na. Dahil nagdiriwang ng 17th year kaya minabuti ng Cinemalaya committee na gawing 17 pelikula din ang maglalaban-laban sa 2021 edition ng festival para sa Best Picture and other major awards. Ang Cinemalaya ang itinuturing na biggest independent film festival sa Pilipinas.

These films include the ten (10) Cinemalaya 2020 full-length finalists who had to, unfortunately, put their film projects on hold due to the pandemic. They are now “merged” to compete with the recently selected seven (7) Cinemalaya 2021 finalists.

Ngayong 2020, ang Cinemalaya ay nag-migrate to the digital platform dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic. Sa Vimeo platform ito ginanap mula noong August 7 to 16.
