February 27 ------ Things are definitely turning up roses for Lovi Poe. After her show with Ben Alves, "Owe My Love," has consistently been raking up the ratings, here she comes again with another set of good news. Lovi is dropping a new single called "Under" tomorrow and on Instagram, the Kapuso celebrity revealed quite the tidbit about it: She actually worked with Grammy Award-winning producer Omen for it!
"Been keeping this but I can finally share with you. Dreams do come true and mine came in the form of recording and being produced by Grammy award winning producer Omen for my song Under!" She wrote on Instagram, sharing photos from their New York session. Lovi shares she was "quite nervous" while in the studio, "but he really did sparkle magic on the song." In case anybody's wondering what the big deal is: Omen has only worked with the likes of Lil Wayne, Drake, and Beyonce, so that's what.
Apart from acting — and let's admit it, looking great — Lovi is quite the talented singer, who also writes her own songs. She recently went viral for doing a "Banyoke" session with Ogie Alcasid where she belted out a mesmerizing cover of "Di Lang Ikaw." "Under" will drop on Spotify tomorrow, Feb. 26 at 3pm, and from the looks of it, the single comes with clips on the streaming site.
