August 6 ------ 2016 Miss International Kylie Versoza congratulated the new queens of Binibining Pilipinas who were crowned at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City last Aug. 1.
“For me ha, ang ganda ng production value ng Binibining Pilipinas ngayon, and every year parang umaangat siya. Happy ako for all the winners. I think yung nanalo ng Binibining Pilipinas International fit siya do’n sa peg ng Miss International, and may iba din akong friend na tinuruan at nanalo and I’m very happy for them. Ang gaganda nila, ang gaganda ng mga queens ngayon,” Kylie said, during the media conference of her upcoming movie, “Baby Boy, Baby Girl.”
After winning an international beauty title for the Philippines, Kylie entered showbiz and learned her first lesson: not to compare herself with others. So, parang yon yung ano ko, that’s how I think about life, parang when it’s your time it’s your time. And sana kapag time mo you know when to use it at alam mo kung paano siya – when to step on the grass – or when to clap for others,” she added. “Top Class” vocal mentor KZ Tandingan was honored to welcome and introduce the trainees to the new bootcamp, and then proceeded to the rehearsals for their collaboration performance.
The journey to the performance was not easy, but the trainees made their mentors proud after singing their vocal mentor’s songs. After the performances, mentors Shanti Dope, Brian Puspos, and KZ Tandingan made their deliberation and graded the trainees. The 7th episode became emotional as six more trainees left the competition. These trainees are: Chase, Matt, Dave, Kim, EL, and Ash. The emotional episode trended on Twitter with the hashtag #TopClass2ndElimination.Even Campus Jock and co-host Albie Casiño got emotional and gave the trainees encouraging and comforting words. He hopes that the eliminated trainees would continue to pursue and persevere with their dream of becoming one of the next P-pop idols.
