This dish originated from India and has now been adopted into the Asian cuisines. With its rich and spicy flavor, beef curry is usually served with rice or bread.
Ingredients:
1 lb. beef sirloin, strips
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
Procedure:
1. Melt butter in skillet. Sauté meat in hot butter until brown. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add onions and sauté until clear. Add flour and whisk to blend.
3. Slowly add milk, stirring until mixture is thick and smooth.
4. Add sautéed meat, cook for another minute. Serve hot.
