This is a ground pork roll stuffed with ham, raisins and pickle relish.
Ingredients:
1 k. ground pork
2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
6 whole eggs, lightly beaten
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Divide into 6-8 portions and roll mixture in foil then tie both ends.
3. Steam for one hour.
4. Chill for at least four hours. Then you may serve it chilled or fried.
