The National Basketball Conference- Nature's Spring swept the 9th Crown Prince Cup invitational title, beating Thailand at 72-60 at the Jiranakorn stadium in Haad City, Thailand.

Six-foot-seven Val Domingo, who led the team to victory with 17 points, was named Most Valuable Player.

NBC secretary-general Tito Palma said, "The victory proved that the Filipinos have to be reckoned with in the region's basketball scene."

The NBC-Nature's Spring squad defeated Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea to reach the finals.
